For the second day in a row: The discussion committee for graduation projects for the participants in the regional training program "Professionalism of Development Projects Management" is held 2022: Today, the discussion committee for graduation projects, which was submitted by the participants in the regional training program "Professionalism of Development Projects", concluded to complete the requirements for passing the training program. The number of those who submitted their projects to pass the program, 36 participants out of the total number of 40 participants from the Arab world, and the participants have been discussed in their proposals with a focus on the realistic implementation, sources of financing and the measurement of impact. It is worth noting that it has been submitted to register to participate in the program (294) of workers, such as directors of development projects in the Arab world, a number of (40) participants were chosen according to a number of pre -declared criteria and according to the results of the interviews that took place immediately after registration. The training program has gone through seven training levels with a total of 30 training days. The program targeted the introduction of the entrances to the administrative operations for the management of development projects and the various strategies of civil organizations for the development of societies as well as the steps for designing projects and methods of designing financing proposals for development projects and financial management for non -financials, follow -up and evaluation methods for projects, operational planning and social marketing methods, all within the framework of Requirements for achieving sustainable development goals 2030. According to the philosophy of the program, each participant at the end of the last level submitted a graduation project, which is a development project design that contains many different development interventions in light of what was learned in the training program "Professionalism of Management of Development Projects".
